Terrible customer service. Too lazy to open plastic to show you rugs for. Was told to come back the next day, but I guarantee they will not be opened as all rugs hanging would not allow room to hang more.
I love this store - but I wish that they would have an electric scooter for handicap customers.. the store itself offers a lot of options ..

Very disappointed with the customer service at this HomeGoods. I came in to return a bedding set I bought two days ago for 24 dollars so I could rebuy it at the current price of 15. A manager named Justine had just told me this was allowed 10 minutes prior. I drove home to grab my receipt and came back within 10 minutes.
