My experience at the Laurel, MD HomeGoods on Monday, August 25th at 12:30 PM was shockingly poor. I was assisted by the Assistant Store Manager, Veda, whose rude, dismissive, and unprofessional behavior was appalling. As a loyal HomeGoods customer who spent $600 - $800 at this location the prior week and over $1,000 at nearby locations, I was stunned by the lack of basic courtesy.
