Customer service is lacking. We purchased two dinner plate sets, glassware set, and a kitchen knives set. The items were poor quality. The finish on the plates and glasses are outright dangerous and could easily hurt someone. Aside from the plate looking crooked, there is an unfinished part of it (circled in the attached photo) that is as sharp as a razor. Same thing with one of the glasses. The knives are sharp, but feel flimsy. Only reason I went was because of a gift card we were gifted from a friend. First and last time ... read more

As a loyal customer of Home Goods, my shopping experience was ruined by the lack of team culture and professionalism from what appeared to be from the leadership team. I really hope the Brand culture is different in other stores. As I made my way to the store to shop for some kitchen gadgets I came across two ladies that appeared to be managers attacking an employee for spending time using the bathroom.
