Update: The lady who claimed she was the manager and no one’s above her, isn’t the manager. She’s the assistant. Purchased a pot at Homegoods around closing time on March 2. It was regular price even though it had a chip, which I already saw before purchase. I took a photo of the lid and pot in the day time of March 3. Later on, I chose to return this because I couldn’t get over the chip. Recognizing Susan for being quick, professional, and super caring + kind.
The pet stuffs are in the middle of the store, which doesn’t make sense. Should be in the side. Found the cabinet we liked but it was somehow broken and only 1 left. However they only gave 10% off for that kind of damage. Then they recommended us to go to another same chain in a few blocks away. Bought the cutting board but returned it since it was too expensive and got the other cheaper one in the same chain
