I have to brag on an employee when I am so IMPRESSED with their customer service! I went to TJ Maxx this morning and the woman said you need to find out how many reward points you have. She didn’t have time or want to help me. I have spent THOUSANDS there and at Homegoods! Went to Homegoods and I got the KINDEST and most PATIENT associate named SANTANA ! She helped me get set up on the app and was the nicest person I have ever had wait on me. Keep her, Homegoods!!! . Make her as high as she can go. Employees are hard to find... read more
