I had a very uncomfortable and honestly concerning experience at HomeGoods that I believe management needs to address immediately. While checking out, the cashier (a younger male employee) repeatedly commented on the amount of items I was purchasing, saying things like “wow it must be nice to just buy whatever you want” and “I’ve never seen a transaction this big here.” This alone was inappropriate and embarrassing, especially with other customers standing nearby.
