Tbh prices and lines here are crazy. I’ve shopped at HomeGoods several times, and I have to say, my experience has been a mixed bag, leaning more toward disappointment—especially when it comes to pricing and product selection. Very busy, but I was about to find exactly what I came for.
I came here right after opening on a Sunday to look for a new ottoman. I eventually found one that I wanted to purchase and clicked on the service button in the furniture area for assistance and both times after beeping, the machine stated no one was available to help. I saw employees walking around but no one bothered to say anything or stop to help. I had a cart with items I was planning to purchase but decided to just leave. Zero tolerance for this so hoping they do better.
