I work as a pt maintenance there for about 1 year 7 months 2 days now and still on going. The pay is low and the staffs are rude and inconsiderate there. So I suggest you don't work here and apply somewhere else. I know most jobs have their flaws and discrimination towards colored individuals. Even though they have a policy they have to follow to be respectful and treat everyone equal. The store was clean and smells wonderful. However, there’s an air of racism. They follow people around by pretending to stock supplies. It’s kind of gross especially since the only suspicion is the color of one’s skin and it’s 2025. Homegoods Lititz, PA - do better.
