I had the best customer service experience. Today's my mother's birthday and I called to see of there were any French presses available. Rosa answered the phone and I explained to her the reason for my call. She kindly put me on hold and I gave a couple details of what type of French press I was looking for before she went to do a visual check for me on the floor. My wife purchased between 1200 and $1500 of merchandise from the store. upon loading it I discovered one item broken and not serviceable. The review is for the bad experience she had to deal with. The bad Customer Service with trying to figure out what to do with this item.
