I attempted to purchase 4 packages of flatware. Two boxes were marked on sale, two were not. They were the exact same pattern, maker, everything but apparently since the box showed a different "style number" which was ridiculous because you could clearly see they were the same pattern, the store manager refused to honor the sale price for all 4 packages. This store manager gave up a $145 sale over $14 AND lost a customer for life as I will NEVER go back to that store again.

Chelsea was very rude and didn’t greet us when we came in. The customer service was poor and she had an attitude the entire time. Definitely made the experience uncomfortable.
