This CRANKY lady is rude, seriously i get if you are getting ready to close (8:51pm) but if you are going to completely ignore someone whenever they are trying to ask you A question, not once but twice, get the hell out of customer service jobs. I was entering the parking lot about to park and i said excuse me ma’am tryin to ask her if they were closing, she ignored me twice and walked away hitting her vape. i will be reporting this to the actual company, too OLD to be acting like a damn high school rude girl
