Awful experience with the manager and the way they interacted about their own fault! We have spent thousands of dollars at the store to be treated poorly. They aren’t getting our business again.

I’ve been shopping at Homegoods for years. I’ve been to several different ones including in South Florida. Each Homegoods is a little bit different. I love Homegoods, it’s one of my favorite places to shop. They are always getting in new merchandise. I find the better the area, the better the merchandise. I love that I can find beautiful bedding, pillows, towels, all kinds of accessories to decorate my home at discounted prices. Great selection. Very slow. To check out
Disappointed. Today, I almost purchased Hint Water that was expired, year 2022. Also their employees need to do critical thinking and tape porcelain jar tops to their bottoms. Today a Snoppy character jar I grabbed almost fell. I caught it between my hand and chest where my Rayban sunglasses were hanging. My Rayban, lens broke, popped out of frame. I am so annoyed. Also, same sale items priced differently and Homegoods, in Hillsborough will not honor the lower price. Other Homegood locations honor the lower price.
