Horrible customer service from the store manager today. I was ready to purchase an 8x10 cream-colored wool rug that was marked with a red clearance tag ($299, down from $399). I really try to be a patient and understanding human so when the cashiers were working with an older lady to help her with her things, not a big deal. Until the cashier at an open register who saw me making my way down to her station (that had a light on) walked away to box up this customer’s lamps. Again, not a big deal.
