As I was actively shopping store Manager Cruola stormed over to the shelf I was shopping at and began screaming “horrible horrible horrible” and grew increasingly aggressive. She then began reorganizing the shelf. When confronted about the incident she never apologized and ignored me. This is not the way a customer or any person should be treated.
If you're looking for Halloween decor you're going to want to go to Homegoods! Aisles of fun, scary, and beautiful items. Almost every department has different items. Enjoy! Just an aside, there is major road work off of Baldwin road. Be patient.
