SO unprofessional. genuinely what is wrong with the manager. i went to return a brand new item i got less than a day ago, she glanced at it and refused to take it because “they used it, i could tell” and then walked away. THEN she yelled at my boyfriend for coming back in the store to pay because he forgot his wallet in the car?? i liked coming here during the day but not anymore, cause the night crew has some serious attitude problems that makes me think they want to take their issues out on you rather than ring you up.
I don’t live far from this area. I’ve been in here a few times. This is by far the most rudest customer service I’ve ever encountered at HomeGoods. I would never attend the store again.
