Out of many HomeGoods stores, I found this one to be very disappointing. It was my 1st visit here, and yes, it was busy. The store was loaded with Christmas items,but I found it to look a bit dirty compared to other HG stores. The employees on the floor were absolutely useless. I asked 3 different floor people if they had a particular item, and only 1 actually called someone and said we don't have that in store.
