I recently had a very disappointing experience at HomeGoods that I feel needs to be addressed. I visited the store to return a set of plates and a butter dish, all within 5 days of purchase and with a valid receipt. The initial sales associate was unsure how to process the return and called over the manager on duty (a red-haired woman).
