I recently had a very disappointing experience at HomeGoods that I feel needs to be addressed. I visited the store to return a set of plates and a butter dish, all within 5 days of purchase and with a valid receipt. The initial sales associate was unsure how to process the return and called over the manager on duty (a red-haired woman). The manager immediately refused the return, stating that because the stickers had been removed and the items had been washed, she could not accept them. I was very excited when Homegoods decided to open a store at this very location. The store is new and clean. The merchandise is versatile and interesting. The staff are inclusive. I come here every week!
