Lucia(coordinator) refuSed to take back an item I bought from another home goods less than a week ago because I did not have the box. There was rust on what was supposed to be a stainless steel product that I had used for less than a week. I had my receipt and they sell the product in their store. She insisted that I would have to go to rhe Homegoods i purchases it at. Why would do that if it the same chain that defeats the purpose of having multiple stores.
