Horrible management They charged my credit card for merchandise I did not receive let me leave the store without giving me a receipt and then told me the transaction would be cancelled Because it was orphaned I’ve already Spoken to two different managers Whom have both hung up on me and I’ve called their corporate office and disputed it with my bank but without a receipt the bank couldn’t do anything. Worst customer service ever experienced. Staff at the Gilford, N.H store location were extremely disrespectful, undermining, and insulting. What once was one of my favorite stores is now one I will never return to.
