HOME GOODS HAPPY? Not so in Chester the other day. Was returning a glass bathroom tray which I paid $14.99 for and didnt have my receipt. When trying to remove the HG price tag from the bottom of the tray, I scratched the brownish tint of the glass. The tag was destroyed in the process because I was using hot water to loosen the glue. I approached the manager Joelle, with the exact tray, and expected a simple swap. She argued with me that without either the receipt or the tag there was nothing she could do.
