The other day, a woman who I assume to be a manger got snippy with an employee in earshot of customers. "I TOLD YOU TO DO THIS WHEN YOU WERE DONE WITH THAT!" Ma'am, you work in retail. In this day and age, I feel finding personable, pleasant, helpful, compassionate, genuinely empathetic, and reciprocal jokey young people is almost as rare as spending less than $10 in a HomeGoods store; HOWEVER, the Delafield location delivered one of these unicorns to me tonight and it was in the form of a gem of an individual named Ozzie! Home Goods is a store with a wide selection of home accessories at reasonable prices, catering to the different needs of each season. However,itsfurniture is another story, as both the price and quality leave much to be desired. Specifically, I think the furniture is overpriced given its apparent lack of durability, poor finish..
