I go to HomeGoods multiple times a month and receive the same great service every time. Richard is a great manager and is very well liked by the store crew.

I just came in here tonight and the workers are absolutely ridiculous especially the security guard. I came in two times tonight because im shopping for my dorm and I needed a travel cart to bring up all my purchases to my dorm. I spent a good amount of money and they followed me around and stared me down like I was stealing. And they were saying “she came here”.
