I love this home goods. There always fully stocked, have lots to look at and the staff is friendly.

While they had exactly what I was looking for (the perfect striped outdoor cushions), I needed 2 sets, and they only had one. Even sadder, when I asked them to check other locations for a second set, they CAN'T!! They have no inventory system, apparently. I then called 9 other locations without success. I appreciated that (it appeared) every store went to physically check, but did they possibly just miss it? Now I'll have to return the one I bought as I can't use only one.
