ad a great experience during my recent visit to HomeGoods, thanks in large part to Manager Kevin and Associate Ximena. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that Kevin is deeply passionate about his team and his role. We were waiting like 20 minutes in line to get to the cashier. A long line, one register open. and they have 8 registers. Horrible experience and this is not the first time. It’s like this all the time. I have never see more than 2 registers open for customers. They do not value customer’s time.
