Mom goes too often
Do not buy anything at Home Goods in Lynnwood if you plan to return with a valid receipt that clearly states " returns with a receipt witin 30 days". I purchased a cutting board yesterday. It ended up being defective which I did not notice. Due to the fact it did not have the tag anymore they would not return the item. What kind of customer service and scam are they running? I clearly bought it the day before, had a receipt and the manager refused my return. I will never go back to any Home Goods!
