Lori (the manager) horrible customer service, she purposely embarrassed me in front of other customers when I attempted to return a fan I had bough the night prior that did not work. I had the receipt and she claimed the tag was not there’s even though I had bought at there store. She is rude and spiteful. DO NOT RECOMMEND

was in this store a couple days ago. there was only 1 cashier working at this particular time. i stood in line for at least 5+ minutes waiting my turn to pay. there were at least 5/6 people in line total and the gentleman in front of me had been waiting longer than me. not once that i noticed did that cashier call for help. she was slow, and could have used the help. i believe at one point the store manager or shift manager was even behind the counter briefly but didn't step in to help at all. i guess the smoke break that he... read more
