The store is very nice overall; everything they sell is excellent. It took me a long time to wait in line to pay, even though there weren't many people. Today at 8:30 p.m., there were quite a few employees. When it was my turn, the employees were laughing and playing around, and they threw my things on the floor. Laughing, I was missing some products when I got home.
I love HomeGood in general! However, this specific location has a lot to be desired. Today, it took me 20 minutes to check out - I was the second in line. The store wasn’t very busy. There were several employees, but only one cashier, which would normally be fine, except she moved at a glacial pace. On top of that, she just walked away abruptly and went outside while checking out the person before me - she waved and yelled to someone twice and then came back inside (odd?).
