We didn't like customer service. Price tag was missed. They guessed the new price and the price was much higher than expected twice higher, we didn't want to pay that amount. Asked for manager. No help. Left disappointed and frustrated.
I loved this store but after witnessing the manager I believe, with short hair and glasses, be udderly disrespectful to the younger staff I will never be back here. These are teens being so disrespectful by their colleagues that are 3x their age. unacceptable.
I like this store but limit my visits to a couple a year unless I’m looking for something in particular. Recently I’ve noticed an abundance of items, so much so it feels like too much for the size of the store and products sitting on carts with no place to go. The clearance section really should be a half off of more section because 9x out of 10 the items are broken beyond use or repair and should really just be thrown away. Good finds for decent prices.
