I honestly love HomeGoods and usually look forward to shopping here, but the Waldorf location is just not it. The customer service was horrible. The associates were lazy, completely unhelpful, and acted like they hated every second of being there. Nobody wanted to help customers, and the overall attitude made the whole shopping trip frustrating. Management seriously needs to bring in a whole new crew or step in with major retraining, because right now the staff is ruining an otherwise great store.
Ana was awesome! Super patient and helpful! Haven't had that in awhile at businesses these days. Very refreshing to experience stellar customer assistance at Home Goods. Made me wanna make more purchases lol. Thanks Ana!
