I don’t normally leave negative reviews, but after two separate experiences with the same employee, I feel compelled to share my feedback. A few weeks ago, I visited this HomeGoods with my mom to look at a TV stand that had visible damage. An employee came over, looked at the damage, and said she would get a manager to see what could be done. Lady (4 ft. Grey short hair, thick black glasses,at cash register is not nice, doesn't care about the customer and very stingy. I told her my purchases were gifts and asked if I could have some wrapping paper (the white packing paper they have to wrap items on check out) so I could wrap it since I was headed straight to the party after.
