My wife bought a mirror for our living room and when we opened the box we saw a crack on the mirror frame. We tried to return it but they said we couldn’t because the box doesn’t have a barcode. The barcode is a sticker and it was on the mirror. When I opened the box I took the sticker off but I lost it after. So when I tried to return the mirror. They told me I can't until I find it. This is an awesome store
went in to buy soap and i guess it broke on my way out thank god i checked before putting it in my car and i got helped my this rude manager and refused to give me a refund as i had the said soap drinking down my hands and arms into my shirt and she told me to “just throw it away” i honestly had a good impression of home goods but now i think id rather just not go
