Overall the store is ok....just TJ Maxx home dept on steroids. But wild thing is that I still prefer TJ Maxx home dept better. But the older white woman cashier that was sitting down at the register had a nasty attitude when I was returning a defective product. Her attitude was not necessary as I was very cordial to her. If she can't be nice then she needs to go on back home.
Pretty good selection though several items I was looking for were not in stock. Could only give two stars for two reasons 1.Isles are very messy (they need more people on the floor to keep things neat and organized) and too narrow for two carts to pass eachother. 2. Watch your receipt! I purchased two birthday cards, was charged for them and they never made it into my bags. They also charged me full price for a clearence item even though the red clearence tag was right next to the regular tag. I didn't notice any of this unt... read more
Love shopping here! So much variety and was able to get my porch rocking chairs at a great price!
Home goods is well stocked and ahead of the competitors in the Columbus area. If I could avoid it, I would because I’m guaranteed to spend money when I go in there. My only complaint is Anisha (however you spell it. Employee with the red hair) I’ve been in there twice and ended up at her register and she always fails to respond to my greetings and overall does not have a forthcoming attitude.
