Keisha is the best! Customer Service wise I have not really had good experience in the store, I don’t wanna mention names, but I’ve been very disappointed. Keisha is so pleasant. She is such a ray of sunshine. She went out of her way to help me find a missing piece to my collection. That’s originally why I came into that store. One of my favorite place to get stuff for my home.
I had an absolutely wonderful shopping experience at the Columbus HomeGoods thanks to Keisha and Ms. T! I arrived about 30 minutes before closing, and instead of the tired or rushed service you sometimes expect late in the evening, I was greeted with genuine warmth and smiles. Keisha at the register had such a friendly demeanor that it instantly made me feel welcome.
