Today was experience was not so great. I was in the plate section, a worker was coming down the aisle with a cart so I tried to move my stroller over but she was going too fast and hit my stroller with the cart and didn’t even acknowledge she hit my stroller with my daughter in it what so ever and just kept going. Looked like she was in a bad mood but that doesn’t excuse being rude to people shopping.

I bought a door storage cabinet and had to request assistance loading it into my car—something that should be offered after checkout for larger items. After requesting help, I noticed a crack in one of the pegs. I’ve seen defects in store products before, but this one was subtle enough that I wouldn’t have caught it without moving it. Had I not noticed it then, I would’ve brought a damaged item home. They should have better quality control and offer prompt assistance without requiring customers to initiate every interaction.... read more
