I had a very disappointing experience at the Kalispell HomeGoods today. Earlier in the day, a very kind employee told me I could leave my cart and come back by 9:00 p.m. to finish shopping and check out. I came back before 9:00, but my cart had already been put away, even though I was told I had until 9.
