I had a very disappointing experience at the Kalispell HomeGoods today. Earlier in the day, a very kind employee told me I could leave my cart and come back by 9:00 p.m. to finish shopping and check out. I came back before 9:00, but my cart had already been put away, even though I was told I had until 9. The employee who helped me afterward was a tall man who appeared to be around 50 years old, with a beard and dark hair that was graying. Unbelievable. They have got it all and more that you can imagine!
Customer service was great. Store was so full they had stuff outside. Not sure if that's a good thing though. Can always find something good.
