I was going in to return an item (bed comforter) that I bought yesterday at the Pearland HG location, because I didnt end up liking it. Before crossing from the parking lot to the entrance, some lady almost ran me over. Parking lot is very congested. As I try to return the item, which I had a receipt for, the cashier proceeds to tell me that I couldn't return the bed comforter due to me not having the original card I paid with.
