Found a wicker basket at this location that I liked however it has significant defects such as scratches on the bamboo handles. I was under the impression when items are defected in the store and STILL out for sale that a small discount of 5% would be deducted from the total however the store manger on 4/15/25 decided the scratches were not “significant” enough to grant me the discount.
