Yesterday (8/11/2025), I went in this store to exchange some items I’d bought the day before at the collierville location. I had my receipt and also my tags for each item I wanted to exchange. The store clerk (older black woman with gray ponytail) said that she had to refund the money back to my card and couldn’t allow me to exchange my items.
