Daryl the manager on duty was one of the rudest managers I have encountered in a department store! I get to the register with a $80 leather stool. As I put it on the counter, I realized it has a cut on the leather. Of course, it was the only one. I asked the cashier if they gave a 10% discount for damaged goods. He gets Daryl. In a very rude manner, Daryl tells me he will give me $5 off because it's on the bottom. He acted as if I damaged the stool!!! Very disappointing that a manager would act like that to a customer!

Let's be honest, who doesn't like "HomeGoods"... and if you don't, you must be sick; as in the head. I hardly purchase anything that I need for my home with out first checking to see if I can find it at Home Goods (HG) or waiting another week or so and then rechecking to see if its at HG. Chances are pretty good that they will have it or will get it eventually. I refuse to pay whatever the price may be at another store when I can come here and get it for a third of the price elsewhere. What I like about this store specifical... read more
