Had the worst experience with an employee “Lulu”. Lulu the coordinator at homegoods definitely doesn’t need to be working cashier anymore.
Extremely Poor Customer Service – Will Not Return I had a very frustrating experience at the HomeGoods location in Kennesaw, GA on January 8, 2026. I purchased a 10-piece cookware set for $137.79 at 10:44 AM. Once I got home and opened it, I discovered one of the pots was bent and the lid would not fit properly, making the set defective.
