I had such a wonderful experience shopping at HomeGoods thanks to Mayada! She went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for. Not only did she walk me through the store to show me where things were, but she also made thoughtful suggestions on specific items. She was so kind, patient, and sweet throughout the whole process it really made my shopping trip enjoyable. HomeGoods is lucky to have such a helpful and caring employee!
I like the store itself, but I feel they have zero respect for their clientele, this store has a lot of traffic, regardless the day or the time, lines are very big, not uncommon to have a 50 plus people in the line, and even though they have several cashier registers, I wanna say like 12?, often it's only 1 or 2 cashiers actually operating, the waiting time is ridiculous long, today for example, monday at 10:30a.m. it was about 20 to 25 people ahead of me, only 1 cashier handling purchases and returns, I was in line for 20 m... read more
