LOVE THIS PLACE This is the place I go for great gifts at a great price. Two weeks ago I found the perfect rug for my hall-way for only 25.00. It was marked down form $100.00. All the girls that work there are very nice. You really get a lot for your money and the seclection is very good, new things come in every day.

One Pissed-Off Customer I recently bought 2 pairs of briefs that were each worn once, then completely disintegrated when washed on a delicate lingerie cycle. I returned them to the store, along with my receipt, and was told by a snotty clerk that the store would not refund my money since they had been worn. The only way I could have discovered that I had been sold defective merchandise was to wear it and then wash it. This clerk did her best to embarrass me in front of other customers that were in line behind me. I did nothi... read more

T J Maxx is Not my choice to shop any longer I love shopping at TJmaxx's clearance section because thats the way I shop (clearance items), however this particular store in Irving on MacArthur Blvd insists on NOT giving an extra $1 or $2 off of any clearance item that may have a defect to it when clearly we know that clearance means that an item has been in the store for a long period of time (more than 3months)and needs to be marked down to sell. For instance, if a pair of jeans, regular priced at $16.99 and has a clearance ... read more

Homegoods is horrible for customer service We found an area rug today that was "perfect" for our bedroom and were so excited to make the purchase. As we drove into town in our car, the sales person assured us that they would hold the rug while we got our truck. We live 20 minutes outside of town and my husband had a work emergency so it was a few hours (maybe 3) before we made it back. The extremely slow sales clerk that checked us out told us it was crucial for us to bring back the receipt for pick up. As we were heading ou... read more

Diamond in the rough This has to be my favorite indulgent! Home Goods is the place to shop for everything kitchen and bathroom thrown in with unique furniture, lighting, and of course and most importantly knick-knacks that you can't live without. Noticeably the place where designers and "stager's" await the newest arrival.

Home Goods Home Goods is a favorite, nearby, store for my husband and I. They have a wide selection of goods and we have purchased many things from them. We purchased some really nice dishes last year, and I absolutely love them. The staff if very helpful and the store is clean.
