By far one of the most disappointing Home Goods experiences. When I go to any Home Goods in any state it usually a great chance to find some sort of treasure. This store did have great treasures. But the staff were not helpful at all. I found these really cool led hanging lighted LED shelves. I tried to find someone to see if there were anymore that weren't black. Ugh, no one could be found. Then when i did find someone she (later found out she was the Manager). I wasn't sure she even worked there and definitely had no idea ... read more
Found an item without packaging. I asked a staff if I could have little discount, she said yes. But when I brought to cashier, they said NO. I wonder how could they sell something without label at a regular price.
Very good place to shop.
