Went here on Friday March 21st 2025 with my mom to look around the store for Goods for our new home. This was our first time at this location, and like any homegoods store, they have a wide variety of products from bedding to pillows to towels to bathroom items, to kitchen items, to seasonal items, and more! We walked in, grabbed a wagon, and looked around the store. We looked in the kitchen section and found more bowls to use as serving bowls, which we brought. Super disappointed with this store and their customer service! I just tried to return a brand new never used carpet and they wouldn’t refund me because it’s over 30 days. Lydia at the front desk was helpful and nice but the store manager Robbie didn’t even want to hear my situation and immediately said no to a refund and not even store credit! I am not one to return stuff and I actually hate returning stuff but this was a large purchase that I had to no use for! I will not be shopping here again!
This is a good HoneGoods. I like to visit this location and the North Myrtle Beach location. The staff here is great. This store is open until 9:30 most nights, which is convenient. I have snagged a few great little items here you just have to time it correctly. Sometimes the selection is great, sometimes you just have to wait for them to bring a new shipment in. Overall, still a great HomeGoods.
