I sought the assistance of Homecite Mortgage Corporation when a lender I was using failed to complete the delivery of funds within two weeks of the closing date. Sean and Homecite seemed to "move mountains" to get the paperwork completed and to have my funds ready in less than the two weeks! I would give them a 10+ rating if I could. Sean at Homcite has done a great job for me over the last 30 years. He's done all my mortgages. Sean's great at simplifying complex topics and is always transparent regarding fees. I'd recommend Sean to anyone considering a new mortgage or refinance.
