I have dealt with Constantin for a number of years after finding that his company could supply the hearing aid that I required at a significantly lower cost. During that time I have found him to be professional and friendly at all times. I will have no hesitation in using Homecare Hearing for my next hearing aids when the time comes.
Constantin and Sharon were extremely pleasant to deal with and very helpful and professional.
Constantin was polite and friendly but very professional in how he spoke to me over the phone. Sharon, who visited us twice, was absolutely brilliant, in no way was she pushy. This particular hearing aid just didn't suit my Aunt but was due to my Aunts unusual needs, not the product or service. Fantastic service from the start. Constantin talked me through all the different hearing aid options based on my audiogram and the aids that I have selected are superb. The aids arrived promptly and at a highly competitive price and following initial trials have had subtle adjustments to improve the quality even further. Very happy to recommend.
The service that Constantin offered was impeccable. He undercut several other companies on price, was excellent at communicating the progress of my order and offered ongoing aftercare. He talked me through my options and recommended a good hearing aid for my requirements. After the initial fitting my hearing aid needed some tweaks to get the sound right, but this was all part of the service and dealt with promptly.
