If 0 stars was an option lt would be the best option. Since there's no place for a review on the direct company I am putting it on a location since no one in the executive offices wants to respond or do their jobs. If this company comes up for an option on your lists of lenders RUN! Their customer service and integrity is horrendous. You can call them every damn day to get a resolution but you'll be ignored no call backs nothing but they have the audacity to respond to a consumers financial complaint. I was recommended to use this lender by my realtor and gave them my full trust. During the application process, I repeatedly expressed concern that rates might increase, but the loan officer assured me rates would hold and that I didn’t need to lock in early. When I mentioned my co-buyer was already a homeowner, they said we would absolutely qualify for the same benefits as individual applicants. None of that was true.
