Had a great experience buying online from this store. Order arrived within days even over the holiday period, was express posted, and had a personal thank you note attached. No complaints and wouldn't hesitate to recommend!
Went into the store today after deciding on a piece of art from their website. Literally took one step inside the store and the lady shouted from the counter "Babe you cant come into the store with food". My two older kids had frozen yogurt in a cup. I mean fine if there are rules but maybe try waiting till I take a few steps inside and ask how am I before saying sorry we dont really allow food in store or better yet just say could your kids stay away from furniture with food politely.
