Worst customer service ever. Chester branch is the worst. Always blocking debit and visa cards then want to charge for a replacement card they blocked.
I appreciate this credit union’s service to the community. I did notice that the American flag outside is damaged and may need replacing. I’m sure this was unintentional and wanted to let you know.

My experience with this branch has been nothing but exceptional. I specifically have dealt with Annette Colon. She is truly one of a kind. She really likes helping and believes in customer service and the values of Homebase. She helped me get my account straight and assisted me with applying for a loan. All of this took place during the recent system upgrade. The branch was busy and everyone was learning but she and her peers kept a cool head and assisted everyone with a smile. Homebase Credit Union(Formerly FT Lee Credit Union) is the best; do not look any further. My wife, our son, and I have being members for over 25 years without any, any regrets. The customer service is "second to none". Employees (From the CEO to the lowest level) are very professional, knowledgeable, serviceable, and extremely friendly.
