My experience with this branch has been nothing but exceptional. I specifically have dealt with Annette Colon. She is truly one of a kind. She really likes helping and believes in customer service and the values of Homebase. She helped me get my account straight and assisted me with applying for a loan. Homebase Credit Union(Formerly FT Lee Credit Union) is the best; do not look any further. My wife, our son, and I have being members for over 25 years without any, any regrets. The customer service is "second to none". Employees (From the CEO to the lowest level) are very professional, knowledgeable, serviceable, and extremely friendly.
