My wife went inside this shop as its door was still open when a rude, impersonal woman abruptly barked “Sorry, we’re closed!” It looks like the owners and workers feel so entitled to think they are the only one-stop multipurpose Asian shop here in Majura that they treat customers like rubbish. Dear Owners and Workers, please learn to have a pleasing personality because your role involves facing people. Thank you!
HIGHLY RECOMMEND HOMEBASE MAJURA SC ! Best art & craft HUGE store (next to Canberra Airport as seen from my videos). Plenty of FREE parking. Excellent customer service 🏆
You can purchase various items at low prices. The gadgets don't seem to be of good quality for the price. However, it is a good place to purchase simple party props or stationery.
Some items over priced and some interesting items in there, however do not answer their phone when need to ask for an exchange or refund. Not always possible to drive to the store if they don’t have another item the same to swap.
Bought two cat towers from here, for almost the price of one from other retailers. Great products. Friendly, helpful service. Our cats love it. Thank you .
