Most all of my future came from Home Zone. Ashley has helped us each time she’s so helpful and patient with us as we look for new furniture pieces.
All i can say is the customer service sucks if you have an issue with the furniture. Apparently they don't have technicians for the Shreveport area and the manager says it will get taken care of and you don't hear anything back from them and just keep getting the run around. They are more than happy to sell you the furniture and take your money but don't want to fix any problems under warranty. I'm glad the store is closing.

Great service, our sales associate, Vernon was very attentive and patient to our needs. He got us everything we needed and made sure we could pick up in the store that would be closest to us in Texas after our move.
Vernon was very helpful and very patient as I went back and forth across the store. Furniture looks great and prices are very reasonable! I'll be going back as I slowly furnish my new house!
