We bought 19 pieces of furniture in 2016. I also bought the 5 year warranty. I've had to fill 2 separate claims with the warranty company because the sectional is the biggest piece of junk! The warranty is a joke! The first time I called to have the couch fixed it took over 6 MONTHS! Now I'm on claim #2, because the frame is broke, and I'm on month 3 of trying to get someone to order the parts so it can be fixed. The warranty company says the store has to order the parts.
