This store has an interesting mix of eclectic home decor but the male sales clerk was busy on his cell phone and completely ignored me and another fellow customer who was browsing also.
This place is Xcellent! Can I speak about great CS. The owner is so professional and caring. I bought a sectional from them and the manger personally delivered it. He was so patient. And he followed the steps and made sure it was delivered on time and in a professional manner. I was so grateful. The owner came himself, even though he forgot to charge me the delivery fee. Such a wonderful experience shopping at Home Xcent, in Woodbine Mall! Aunty and Uncle were so helpful and kind to my wife and I when we were there last weekend shopping for a new dining set for our new home. Aunty was willing to show up various pieces and walked us through her inventory so selflessly, we made a purchase in no time! Nice selection
Nice service by the male I encountered there but that woman by the cash is just very stiff and not friendly at all. I'm not sure if there's more than one of them, but it's this one that has about 5 pounds of makeup on her face and had on a strong perfume smell. I personally wouldn't shop here but I went to check something for a friend.
