The customer service was excellent. I was originally going to buy two side chairs that I had on layaway for a few months but I changed my mind and opted for something else which cost less than my original order. I was able to change my order without any hassle. I would recommend Home Xcent.
I had a great experience shopping at Home Xcent in Woodbine Mall. The customer service was friendly, helpful, and made the whole process easy. They have an excellent selection of quality furniture at great prices—I highly recommend checking them out!
Five stars for Home xcent! The selection is wonderful, but the customer service is what really stood out. Romy helped us out and he was absolute pleasure to work with—knowledgeable, attentive, and not pushy at all. We had an excellent experience and will definitely be back!
