I've had excellent service from this company. My boiler ceased to function last Tuesday leaving me without heat and hot water. I contacted 3 companies and got 3 wildly varying quotes and time frames for installation of a replacement. Chris from HUG came to see me and he offered not only the most reasonable price but also the best aftercare package e went above and beyond to get my boiler installed today. Absolutely fantastic job, new boiler fitted by Alex. Superb workmanship, tidy, courteous and speedy service. Would recommend to anyone that needs a new boiler.

Just got my Hug (Home Utility Group) new boiler installation order cancelled yesterday after placing the order 2 days ago. But I was told afterwards there will be a charge of £150 for their cost and preparation. This caught us in much surprise as we are cancelling the order well within the cooling off period and there was no mentioning of the charge by the sales person beforehand.
