I'm giving one star because I can't give less. My case was handled by Mr. Arnold Herrera, supposedly to process a refinancing for me. I lost 3 months of interest payments with the Hard Money Lender waiting for them to get back to me with the credit authorization, only for him to tell me in the end that I couldn't apply for the credit because I was a foreign national? When the call and the documents I sent clearly stated that I was a foreign national. What a lack of respect for people. I wasted 3 months of interest and time g... read more
